SAFETY RULES & REGULATIONS
NO LOADED FIREARMS, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, NO BLACK POWDER.
LOADED FIREARMS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE GUN SHOW PREMISES. EXHIBITORS AND PATRONS ARE REQUIRED TO EXAMINE EACH FIREARM, REMOVE CLIPS AND BE POSITIVE THAT THE FIREARM IS NOT LOADED BEFORE ENTERING THE GUN SHOW PREMISES.
ALL GUNS MUST BE SECURED FROM THEFT BY TIES THROUGH THE TRIGGER GUARD OR PLACED IN SHOWCASES.
EXHIBITORS AND PATRONS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL LAWS.
GUN SHOW SECURITY IS PROVIDED BY LOCAL POLICE IN UNIFORM AND PLAIN CLOTHES, BUT THEY CANNOT BE EVERYWHERE. POLICE YOUR OWN TABLES TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THEFT. REQUIRE PROPER IDENTIFICATION WHEN SELLING FIREARMS, AMMO, OR WEAPONS TO DETERMINE AGE AND IDENTITY. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO BUY A HANDGUN OR HANDGUN AMMO. MINORS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE SHOW WITHOUT PARENTS. IF YOU SEE MINORS WITHOUT PARENTS, REPORT THEM TO SECURITY.
NO EXPLOSIVES ARE PERMITTED OTHER THAN SMALL ARMS AMMO, GUN POWDER AND PRIMERS IN SEALED CONTAINERS. NO GRENADES, ROCKETS, BOMBS, GAS SHELLS OR GAS IN SMALL ARMS IS PERMITTED ON THE GUN SHOW PREMISE.
NO TABLE RENT REFUNDS IF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED AFTER WEDNESDAY BEFORE SHOW. TABLES WILL BE HELD OPEN UNTIL 9AM SATURDAY, PAID OR NOT PAID, THEN FORFEITED FOR BOTH DAYS. EXHIBITORS SHOULD PLAN ON STAYING UNTIL SHOW CLOSES.
THE GUN SHOW PROMOTER ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES OR INJURIES RESULTING FROM AN EXHIBITOR’S OR PATRON’S DISPLAY OR ACTIONS. EXHIBITORS AND PATRONS HEREBY ASSUME FULL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES OR PERSONAL INJURIES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF ANY ITEM OF THE EXHIBITOR OR PATRON AND WILL HOLD HARMLESS THE GUN SHOW PROMOTER. THE GUN SHOW PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION TO ANYONE. VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY A PATRON OR EXHIBITOR MAY RESULT WITH YOU BEING REQUESTED TO LEAVE THE GUN SHOW.
BY ME COMPLETING THE RESERVATION FORM, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THE SAFETY RULES AND REGULATIONS AND AGREE TO DISPLAY MY ITEMS AS LISTED. I FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE THE GUN SHOW PROMOTER FROM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY THEFT, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR INJURIES I MAY SUFFER WHILE ON THE GUN SHOW PREMISES.
Important Notice to Exhibitors and Individuals Selling or Buying at this Show
Double check all guns to make sure they are not loaded. Open the action before examining any gun.
Exhibitors and patrons at this show must obey all local, state, city and Federal laws.
Licensed dealers must display their licenses as per ATF regulations. All guns must be secured from theft by tying together or in showcases. Sales of guns, knives, ammo, or weapons to minors are prohibited. You must be 21 years old to buy a handgun and a resident of Ohio.You must also be 21 years old to buy handgun ammo. You must require photo ID when selling any firearm. If you sell to a minor or felon, you may be arrested, convicted of a crime and sent to prison.
If you see minors in the show without parents, report them to a police officer at the show entrance.
24-hour security provided by local police in uniform and plain clothes. Several officers will be on duty, but they cannot be everywhere. Police your own tables at all times. If a gun or knife is stolen from you, you may be guilty of negligence, sued and be required to pay damages. Tie your guns down.
Be aware that you may be asked to make an illegal sale by a TV or newspaper reporter, felon, minor, or ATF agent. Several dealers have been set up like this at other area shows. Obey the law and require proper ID or you may be sued or convicted of a crime. ATF and police are at every show. You must require a photo ID when selling firearms.
ATF states non-licensed residents of Ohio may acquire from and dispose of personal firearms to non-licensed residents of Ohio. Non-licensed residents of Ohio cannot acquire from or dispose of firearms to non-licensed residents of any other state. If you are not sure of how many guns you may buy or sell, contact your local ATF office.
